Processing Time

Most orders are processed within 1–5 business days, depending on the designer. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. In the case of high order volumes or remote suppliers, processing may be slightly delayed.

Shipping Availability and Delivery Times

We currently ship to the United States, Europe (including the UK), Canada, and select countries in Asia and the Middle East.
Shipping availability is confirmed at checkout.
Delivery estimates vary by location and supplier and are shown at checkout.
Please note: Delivery time does not include processing time.

Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are flat and vary by region. Free shipping applies to all orders over $200 USD.

     - United States: $6.50 USD

     - Worldwide: $14.99 USD

We currently ship to the following countries under our Worldwide option:
Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong SAR China, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates, and the United Kingdom.

Tracking information

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Please allow some time for tracking updates to reflect on the carrier’s system.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

All international orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes, which are the customer’s responsibility. These charges are determined by your country’s regulations and are not controlled by us. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before placing an order.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check that your shipping address is correct before placing an order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an issue, contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered. If your package is lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier with your tracking number.

Order Cancellations and Changes

You may cancel or modify your order within 12 hours of placing it. After this period, the order will begin processing and can no longer be canceled.
