Return Window

We accept returns within 14 to 15 days of delivery, depending on the item’s origin. Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, and eligible for resale to qualify for a refund.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please submit a request through our Contact Form and select “Returns & Refunds.”

Alternatively, you may email us at info@purelinn.com, but using the form helps us process requests faster.

Once approved, we will provide return instructions including the return address. Please do not send items without prior approval.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Please note: Some items ship directly from our designers, so return addresses and timelines may vary slightly. Full instructions will be provided upon return approval.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately through our Contact Form or email info@purelinn.com so we can resolve the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Personalised or custom-made items
  • Final sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Hygiene-sensitive products

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the original item, and once accepted, place a new order.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Items must be unused, with original packaging and tags to qualify.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the return.
  • Processing times vary by bank or payment provider.
